Through its commitment to humanitarian service and community development, the organization seeks to contribute to improved living conditions and greater opportunities for vulnerable populations.
Strengthening Grassroots Development Through International Cooperation
The affiliation establishes a framework for institutional cooperation between IPC and FAcE-PaM, connecting the organization's community-focused work with IPC's broader international mission of peacebuilding, human dignity, humanitarian engagement, and sustainable development.
The partnership aligns particularly with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
IPC recognizes that sustainable peace requires more than the absence of conflict. Access to education, food security, economic opportunity, and strong community institutions are essential foundations for peaceful and resilient societies.
Recognition of Organizational Leadership
The International Peace Commission extends its congratulations to Ms. Dabis Mwalike, Executive Director of FAcE-PaM, together with the organization's leadership, members, and volunteers.
